4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Huepham Charity uses essential cookies to remember preferences such as cookie-banner acknowledgment so the notice does not repeatedly interrupt your visit. We may also use optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors navigate huephamnfp.org—which pages are read, how long sessions last, and where technical friction appears.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect certain site functions. Our on-site cookie banner provides a clear Accept action; continued browsing after acceptance indicates acknowledgment of the practices described here. Where required by applicable law, we will seek additional consent before placing non-essential cookies.
Third-party embeds (for example, Google Maps on our contact page) may set their own cookies subject to the third party’s policies. We encourage you to review those policies if you interact with embedded content.
5. Analytics (Google Analytics Compliance Language)
Huepham Charity may use Google Analytics or comparable analytics tools to collect aggregated statistics about website traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand visitor interactions in service of improving content, accessibility, and nonprofit outreach effectiveness. Analytics data may include truncated IP addresses, device and browser information, and on-site navigation events.
Where Google Analytics is enabled, we configure available privacy controls consistent with Google’s requirements for nonprofit and Ad Grants advertisers, which may include IP anonymization features where supported, restricted data retention settings, and adherence to Google’s measurement and user-consent expectations for advertising and analytics products. We do not use analytics to sell personal information, and we do not knowingly merge analytics identifiers with sensitive program case files for marketing purposes.
Google and similar providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. You may opt out of Google Analytics in supported browsers using Google’s published opt-out mechanisms or by adjusting cookie preferences.
